I'm Mostafa Abdelsalam, a senior Flutter developer based in Cairo, Egypt. Since 2020 I have been building iOS, Android and desktop apps, and the backends behind them, for product teams in the EU, US and MENA. Open to freelance projects and remote full-time roles.

Are you available for hire?
Yes. I take freelance and contract projects, and I'm open to remote full-time roles. The fastest way to start is a 30-minute call.
What kind of projects do you take on?
New Flutter apps from zero to the stores, and existing apps that are slow, crashing or stuck before release. Past work includes consumer social commerce, a video job feed, an offline-first point-of-sale, subscription apps and a headless Shopify storefront.
Can you take over or fix an existing Flutter app?
Yes, that is most of my work. I start with an audit of the code, crash logs and analytics, then fix what is hurting users first. On SKIN that meant 4.2× monthly active users on flat installs; on Swipework, an 80% faster feed.
Do you only do mobile, or backend and web too?
All three. Flutter and Dart on mobile; Node.js, TypeScript, Python, PostgreSQL and Firebase on the backend; Next.js, React and Vue on the web. One person across the app and the API means nothing gets lost in a handoff.
Where are you based, and which time zones do you work with?
Cairo, Egypt, on Eastern European Time. I work remotely in English and Arabic, with full overlap with European working hours and daily overlap with US time zones.
How much does a project cost?
